Gillard - TG17 - 30mm

The well-known English brand, Gillard Kart has become an integral part of the OTK brand range in 2022. The latest Gillard TG17 - MY2025 chassis evolution introduces new features such as the new chain tensioner and new 2025 graphics. The kart is made entirely of Ø 30 mm tubes, leaving OTK’s renowned manufacturing quality unchanged.

Gillard is the only English manufacturer to have won the European Championship (2001,2004,2005) and the World Championship (2005), furthermore some of the most famous F1 drivers, such as Kimi Raikkonen and Vatteri Bottas, raced with Gillard chassis.

RENEWED LOOK, HIGHEST EFFICIENCY

M11 Bodywork Kit
The quest for an ever-increasing aerodynamic efficiency led OTK’s R&D department to develop the new M11 Nassa Panel and Nose Cone kit. Extensive wind tunnel testing and on track testing together with highly advanced CFD computerized simulations have led to the birth of the new Nose Cone and Nassa Panel with unique designs that guarantee a substantial reduction in aerodynamic drag, resulting in better performance on track. The side pods and rear bumper remain unchanged. The full coverage floor tray maximizes aerodynamic efficiency and further reduces lap times. A newly design sticker kit gives the 2025 model the last finishing touch of perfection.

INNOVATION FOR DIRECT DRIVE CLASSES

BWD Braking System
Among the main novelties introduced by OTK in 2025 is the new BWD braking system, reserved for Direct Drive classes and it is a real winner. The highest quality raw materials ensures the highest degree of component efficiency. The unprecedented concept behind the project has resulted in a braking system able of highly improving heat dissipation, consequently reducing the temperature of the brake fluid – this ensures fully efficient braking consistency over time and in all track conditions. IKD imports all our karts with the larger 206mm disc for the ultimate braking performance.

CUTOMIZED DRIVING POSITION

Pedals and Steering Wheel
Multi-adjustable pedals and the inclined steering wheel hub guarantee the driver can tailor make his/her own driving position. The HGS (high grip) steering wheel with its rubber handgrip significantly improves driver comfort even further.
