The well-known British brand, launched in 1980, has become an integral part of the OTK brand range.

Gillard is the only English manufacturer to have won the European Championship (2001,2004,2005) and the World Championship (2005), furthermore some of the most famous F1 drivers, such as Kimi Raikkonen and Vatteri Bottas, raced with Gillard chassis.

In 2020, after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, Tim Gillard decided to retire, and OTK, that has always admired Gillard’s work, took the opportunity to add this prestigious name to its portfolio. The OTK Kart Group, considering the prestige of the brand, is proud to carry on Gillard legacy and from the next 2022 homologation, the English chassis will be made by OTK Kart Group.

BSD BRAKE CALIPER - THE NO. 1 BRAKING SYSTEM

The rear brake caliper, forged in one piece, is equipped with a stroke recovery system and features two Ø 34.5 mm pistons. This is combined with a two-piston pump and a brake line with outer cover stainless steel braid, PTFE inner tube. The caliper and brake pump are made of Ergal, a material that stands out for its excellent mechanical strength, which is further increased by the hard oxidation process that reduces wear on the moving parts. Optimised for direct-drive categories and has proven its effectivness by winning races all around the world. 

M7 FRONT SPOILER AND M10 FAIRING KIT

In a sport where every thousandth of a second counts the OTK R&D Department is working constantly on perfecting the performance of every single detail by being the pioneer in aerodynamic research. The new and innovative design of the M7 spoiler reduces aerodynamic resistance, resulting in increased performance, particularly on fast tracks with long straights. 
The new M10 fairing kit consists of new lighter and smaller side bumpers and benefits the performance by better cooling the rear tyres.

HGS STEERING WHEEL

Perfected in design and equipped with a new high-grip rubber which gives the driver a greater feel and sensitivity.
A new inclined stering hub boss is also fitted to the wheel, making it possible to perfectly adapt to the driver's seating position.
